STRENGTHS

-unity of actions
-a good organization in the workplace (base of workers)
-to have a good communication with the workers

WEAKNESSES

-divisions within the movement
-state institutions are always with the capitalists and the rich (es= NÃO TEM)
-LITTLE CONSCIOUSNESS CLASS (E NÃO=few consciousness of class)

OPPORTUNITIES

-leftist governmentS
-democratic elections
-when the country has economic growth
-when the workers have opportunities to study

THREATS

-opposition, neoliberal government
-to have two or three candidates from popular organizationS to run against one from neoliberal group
